UPDATE NO ONE BACKGROUND Usually we spend a large part of our time indoors, in e.g. homes and offices, and it is therefore important to have effective ventilation that provides good air quality. Good air circulation and comfortable indoor temperature reduce throat problems such as fatigue and headaches.
Especially for allergic and insensitive people, ventilation can be very important. Good ventilation can also ensure that the risk of mold, which can cause allergies in young children, is minimized.
Several studies thus show that there is a clear connection between how the homes are ventilated and how we live. Good ventilation reduces the risk of developing asthma or allergies.
A common way to reduce the spread of particles in buildings is to use filters. A potential problem with filters is that filters must be replaced at regular intervals to avoid the supply air being affected by microbial contaminants in the supply air filters. Damned, in cases where the filters are not changed often enough, the supply air can give rise to, e.g. eye and airway responses as well as nasal congestion, which in turn can lead to asthma. Changing the filter also meant high costs as this is a manual job. An alternative to using filters is filterless ventilation systems. In a building with good ventilation, with a 2 filterless system, most of the particles that can enter the building will also pass out of the building.
Especially in connection with filterless ventilation systems, but also regardless of whether filters are used or not in a ventilation system, and regardless of the type of ventilation system that is in the building, e.g. centralized system or decentralized system, it is an advantage to clean the ventilation ducts in the ventilation system at regular intervals. Cleaning the ventilation ducts can reduce the number of particles that are forced into the building via the supply air.
One way to clean ventilation ducts is edge through SE8901773 A, which shows a procedure for cleaning ventilation ducts. This method uses vacuum to create a strong, high-velocity air stream that is used to pass a cleaning element through the duct. The cleaning element comprises a brush or a ball of foam rubber or the like, which can adapt its shape to the cross section of the channel. When passing through the channel, the element sweeps the inner surfaces of the channel and dissolves dirt which adheres to the element.
A further example is shown in KR100865742 B1 which shows a device for cleaning the interior of a ventilation duct in an apartment building with the help of dust removing balls and an ozone generator. The device comprises a drive unit, a connecting tube, a ball feeding unit and a ball collecting device. The ball feed unit is installed on one side of the connecting pipe and is at the same time coated next to the air supply hall and has dust-removing balls in a containing box thereof.
The inventors of the present invention have identified a need for a simplified method of cleaning ventilation ducts, which cleaning method also reduces the maintenance costs associated with cleaning the ventilation system. An object of the present invention is to provide a system for cleaning ventilation ducts, which is easy to use and which entails reduced maintenance costs for the ventilation system.
A further object is to provide a system which entails time-efficient cleaning and which can be easily moved for use in different ventilation ducts or different ventilation systems.
Another purpose is to enable the use of filterless ventilation systems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The above-mentioned second article is achieved by the present invention according to the independent claims.
Preferred embodiments are set out in the dependent claims.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, the system for cleaning a ventilation duct comprises a plurality of reindeer balls, a sanding basket adapted to accommodate said plurality of reindeer balls and adapted to be connected to a first spirit of said ventilation duct, a receiving basket adapted to receive said reindeer balls and adapted to be connected to a second, non-standing, spirit, of said ventilation duct, a transport float, adapted to provide an air flow in said ventilation duct, so that said reindeer balls are transported from said sanding basket and ninth receiving basket through said ventilation duct.
In other words, a number of reindeer balls, in a first layer, are arranged e.g. in the sandbox, which is connected to one of the spirits of the ventilation duct. The receiver basket, which is adapted to accommodate said number of reindeer balls, is in this first layer preferably a tower, and the receiver basket is connected in a second spirit by the ventilation duct. A conveyor belt is connected to the flake by the spirits of the ventilation duct, and depending on which of the spirits the conveyor belt is connected to, either pushes or creates a suction through the duct, so that the 4 reindeer balls are transported from the sandbox with the created air flow from one duct of the duct to the other the channel. By the other direction of the air flow, but helped by the flux, the reindeer balls can also -bras in the opposite direction, ie. tan receiver basket to sandbox. The receiver basket and the transmitter basket can be designed in the same way, ie. look essentially the same. The receiver basket and sandbox are portable and can be easily moved from one building to another, or from part of one ventilation system to another. The airflow drum that is created with the help of the transport surface is strong enough for the flow to be turbulent and not laminar. Turbulent flow causes the reindeer balls to be transported through the ventilation duct with such a movement pattern that the reindeer balls hit the inside of the ventilation duct and carry particles and dirt out of the ventilation duct. The system can be used to clean ventilation ducts in decentralized and even centralized ventilation systems. Preferably, any dampers arranged between the first and the second spirit of the ventilation duct are closed to create a sufficiently strong air flow, i.e. a flow velocity of about 10-25 m / s, and so that the reindeer balls do not find their way out through the slats. In a centralized system comprising several ventilation ducts with different branches, different parts of the ducts are preferably blocked and cleaning takes place in separate parts each separately.
The present invention is based on the insight that by creating an air flow through a ventilation duct and allowing a number of reindeer balls to be blown through the ventilation duct, the inside of the ventilation duct is cleaned, i.e. the reindeer balls hit the inside of the ventilation duct and thereby loosen dirt and particles from the inside and carry this out of the duct.
In one embodiment, said reindeer balls are transported from said sanding basket to said receiving basket. Thus, as the reindeer balls are transported via the air flow from the sanding basket to the receiving basket, the inside of the ventilation duct Man particles and dirt are cleaned. The transport surface creates an air flow which gives a flow rate of approx. 10-25 m / s, which is a sufficiently high flow rate to create turbulent flow through the ventilation duct.
According to one embodiment, said transmitter basket and / or said receiver basket 5 are portable. This allows the system to be easily moved from one place to another.
According to one embodiment, said transmitter basket and / or said receiver basket are perforated. This allows the reindeer balls to be washed off, e.g. by rinsing them with water, as the reindeer balls are in the flake of the baskets.
According to one embodiment, said sanding basket and / or receiver basket comprises a continuous hole, the size of said hall being smaller than the size of the reindeer balls. The through holes, or in other words the perforations, are preferably 3 mm in diameter, but other sizes of Mien can also be used. In the case where the tail is 3 mm, the diameter of the reindeer balls is preferably 5 mm. The size of the through holes is adapted to the size of the reindeer balls.
According to one embodiment, the receiving basket, alternatively the sanding basket, in the case where the air flow has been reversed, is placed so that the reindeer balls are transported Than receiving basket to the sanding basket instead, in a dust collecting phase, ie. dannnnuppsannlarpasen is arranged to unlock the receiver basket. This prevents dust, dirt and particles that are carried out of the ventilation duct with the help of the reindeer balls, from spreading in the room or the room in which the receiver basket is located. Of course, as an alternative to using a dust collector pass, the receiver basket, or sandbox in case of reversed air flow, can be placed outdoors to prevent dust, dirt and particles from spreading in the room or room.
In one embodiment, the reindeer balls are made of plastic, but other materials with similar properties can also be used. The reindeer balls have sufficient weight to be able to pass through the duct with the help of the air flow. The reindeer balls preferably weigh about 600 kg / m3. Of course, other weights may occur, but the weight of the 6 reindeer balls is almost adapted to the type of ventilation duct. When used in ventilation systems intended for industrial premises, heavier reindeer balls can be used in ventilation systems intended for comfort ventilation, since ducts for industrial premises usually have a higher half-strength. The number, or amount, of reindeer balls used may vary depending on e.g. the size of the ventilation duct to be cleaned. The amount of reindeer balls is preferably between about 5-50 liters, preferably 10 liters.
In one embodiment, said sanding basket is adapted to be connected to said ventilation duct via a first flexible connecting pipe. A flexible connecting pipe is advantageous as the placement of the sanding basket becomes more flexible. A flexible connecting pipe is also easier to move and store.
In one embodiment, said receiver basket is adapted to be connected to said ventilation duct via a second flexible connection pipe. A flexible connecting tube is advantageous as the placement of the receiver basket becomes more flexible. A flexible connecting pipe is also easier to move and store.
According to one embodiment, said transport space is arranged between said receiving basket and said second spirit of the ventilation duct or between said sanding basket and said first spirit of the ventilation duct. Thus, the transport surface can create a suction through the duct or unusually push the reindeer balls through the ventilation duct, depending on where the flat is located and in which of the baskets the reindeer balls, or most of the reindeer balls, are located.
According to one embodiment, said transport plane is adapted to provide a substantially turbulent air flow through said ventilation duct. A turbulent air flow is advantageous because the reindeer balls with the turbulent flow in a more efficient way to remove particles and dirt.
According to one embodiment, said air flow, which is produced by said transport plane, is reversible, so that the reindeer balls are transported from said 7 receiving basket to said sanding basket. Damned, the reindeer balls can be moved from and back through the ventilation duct during cleaning. For example, the reindeer balls can be broken from the sanding basket to the receiving basket in a first step, in a second step they can be washed off when they are in the receiving basket, and then they can be broken back through the ventilation duct to the sanding basket.
According to one embodiment, the design of the receiver basket and the transmitter basket are substantially the same. Thus, the receiver basket, after it has been filled with the reindeer balls in a first step, can be used as a sanding basket in a second step. In the same way, the sanding basket can be used as the receiving basket after it has been dried on reindeer balls.
According to one embodiment, the transport surface is adapted to provide an air flow which gives a flow velocity of between 10-25 m / s in the said ventilation duct. This creates a turbulent air flow, which in a more efficient way removes dirt and particles.
According to a further aspect, the present invention relates to a method for cleaning a ventilation duct, said method comprising: - providing a plurality of cleaning balls; connecting a sanding basket to a first spirit of said ventilation duct; connecting a receiver basket to a second spirit of said ventilation duct; - to create an air flow through said ventilation duct, so that said reindeer balls are transported between said sanding basket and said receiving basket.
According to one embodiment, said reindeer balls are housed in said sanding basket and the said sanding basket is transported to said receiving basket.
According to one embodiment, said air flow is reversible so that said reindeer balls are transported than said receiving basket to said sanding basket. The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 shows a system for cleaning a ventilation duct when it is connected to a ventilation system. The ventilation system shown in Fig. 1 is a so-called decentralized ventilation system, but of course the system for cleaning can also be used in centralized ventilation systems. The cleaning system comprises, a plurality, or a number, of reindeer balls 21, a sanding basket 1, adapted to enter the said reindeer balls 21 and adapted to be connected to a first end 3 of said ventilation duct 18, a receiving basket 13, adapted to receive said reindeer balls 21 and adapted to be connected to a second, opposite, spirit 9, of said ventilation duct 18, and a transport plane 12, adapted to provide an air flock 22 in said ventilation duct 18, so that said reindeer balls 21 are transported between said sanding basket 1 and said receiving basket 13 through said ventilation duct 18 which enters the ventilation system.
According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the transport surface 12 is arranged between the receiving basket 13 and the second duct 9 of the ventilation duct 18.
The ventilation duct 18 is in this case a supply air duct which is connected to a ventilation unit 16. The transport surface 12 thus creates an air flow 22 from the transmitter basket 1 to the receiver basket 13, i.e. the reindeer balls 21 are sucked from the sanding basket to the receiving basket 13, with the aid of the air flow created by the transport surface 12. Of course, the air flow 22 can be reversed so that the cleaning balls 21 are instead passed through the supply air duct 18 from the receiving basket 13 to the sanding basket 1.
Furthermore, the embodiment according to Fig. 1 comprises a first flexible connecting pipe 2 arranged between the sanding basket 1 and the first end 3 of the ventilation duct 18, a second flexible connecting pipe 14 arranged between the second duct 9, opposite the first duct 3, of the ventilation duct 18 and the transport surface 12, and a third flexible connecting tube 15, arranged between the conveying surface 12 and the receiving basket 13.
The ventilation system shown in Fig. 1, to which the system for cleaning is connected, further shows a first shut-off damper 4, arranged in the ventilation duct 18, which is the tip during cleaning, a second and a third shut-off damper 5, 7, which leads into an exhaust air duct 17 Than a room 19, 20 to be ventilated, which shut-off dampers 5, 7 are closed during cleaning. A fourth damper 6 is arranged between the ventilation duct 18, i.e. the supply air duct in this case, and a room 19 to be ventilated. The fourth damper 6 is closed when cleaning the duct 18. The fresh air duct 17 comprises a fifth damper 8, which is also closed when cleaning the ventilation duct 18. A sixth damper is arranged at the second duct 9 of the ventilation duct 18. The sixth damper is tipped at cleaning said that the reindeer balls 21 can pass out through the second spirit 9 of the ventilation duct. Between the ventilation unit 16 and the supply air or the exhaust air duct, a further damper 10, 11 is arranged, which are also closed during cleaning.
Fig. 2 shows the cleaning system, according to a second embodiment, when connected to an identical ventilation system according to that shown in Fig. 1. According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the transport surface 12 is connected between the sanding basket 1 and the first duct 3. of the ventilation duct 18.
The conveying surface 12 creates an air flow 22 from the sanding basket 1 to the receiving basket 13 by pushing the cleaning balls 21 through the ventilation duct 18. The cleaning system comprises a first flexible connecting pipe 2 arranged between the first duct 3 of the ventilation duct 18 and the transport flat 12 and a third flexible connecting pipe 15 arranged between the transport surface and the sanding basket 1. Furthermore, the receiving basket 13 is connected via a second flexible connecting pipe 14 to a second spirit 9 of the ventilation duct 18.
Figure 3 shows a schematic block diagram illustrating a method of cleaning a ventilation duct 18, according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises: providing a plurality of reindeer balls 21; (a) connecting a sanding basket 1 to a first spirit 3 of said ventilation duct 18; (b) connecting a receiver basket 13 to a second spirit 9 of said ventilation duct 18; (c) providing an air flow 22 through said ventilation duct 18, so that said reindeer balls 21 are transported between said sanding basket 1 and said receiving basket 13. (d) The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above. Various alternatives, modifications and equivalents can be used. Therefore, the above-mentioned embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
